London's Ambassador after the war was nominated for the two men: Uuno Takki (in english: Mantle)  and Eero A. Vuori (in english: inside lining). The second was appointed on the basis of the following reasoning: Finland is a poor country, not here in favour of London Coat off. The inside lining is enough.
