Pom Pom: The rider's seat belt?

While there is some audio amateur and unprofessional:

Isn't it could develop a belted rider riding? That should be the rider's back when a horse comes to the barrier with his armhoofs. In a situation where only the heavyweightes ones  are not the source of the air flight.
Because it´s the matter of skills  and via them - honour ?
